Notegraphy
The app that adds filters to texts
Social media networks are the canvas on which most conversations are exposed. And everyone reflects on the content, but very little on the graphic form in which we share that content. Why is it that at a time when technology allows text to be displayed perfectly on all screens, we are facing the worst text presentation in history? Why is reading texts on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram so uncomfortable? Why is it so unaesthetic?
A technology that instantly models any text by adding filters to it.
To bring graphic design to users in a didactic and extremely simple way so they use it to set the tone and amplify their messages.
In the same way that Instagram adds filters to a photo, we contacted some of the best graphic designers in the world to create their filters and recommend a context of use.
This tool also has two elements that users are unlikely to give up: fun and simplicity.
And although it is impossible to teach graphic design with an app, we did manage to make people understand the importance of graphic design. Comparing all the filters gives an idea of what one typeface conveys over another or one design over another in a playful way.
The tool also achieves two important objectives: users share more text and spend more time on both substance and form.
More than 1 million registered users in more than 40 countries. The USA, UK, Germany, India and China are among the first.
